I’m sorry, but Kim and Kayne have NOTHING on these two! There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING that could have made their wedding day more beautiful!
Dana and Craig live in NOVA, but made the decision to have a destination wedding in Duck, NC. Their ceremony was ocean side and the reception was Bay side at the Grande Ritz Palm. All I can say is WOW. This is the MOST beautiful location I have ever shot at. Several times that day I found myself taking a step back saying “Is this really happening to me?” I was on the beach in a 7 million dollar home photographing the wedding of two of the most beautiful people I have ever met… When Dana walked down that looooooooong sandy isle, I won’t lie, I cried like a baby! For real! I was bawling! It was so emotional – so breathtaking. It was near impossible for me to pick the images to share in this blog… I wanted to post ALL of them! This is such a small fraction of what was captured.
My heart was full. These are two of the most kind hearted, amazing people you could ever hope to meet. I mean, I almost ruined their engagement session cause I decided to get in a car accident… instead of being upset, which she would have had every right to, she sent me chocolate covered fruit and a thank you card! I have never experienced anything like that! I wanted to give her EVERYTHING I could on her wedding day! She and Craig deserved nothing less.
Craig and Dana… I just adore you two. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be a part of your amazing day. I find myself struggling to find the words to say to you guys right now… i’m even tearing up a bit. You two individually and as a couple are loved beyond words by your family and friends. You visibly give that love back to them and ALL of it was tangible during your day. I’m thankful to call you two clients – but even more so blessed to call you friends. XOXO
